The Florida survey conducted with the Florida Chamber of Commerce showed the following results:
Huckabee: 44%
Giulani: 18%
Romney: 13%
McCain: 10%
Thompson: 5%
Paul: 4%
Hunter: 1%
Tancredo: 1%
Rest: undecided

In post debate analysis David Gergen sad that former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee was the most impressive candidate. He said that he was the most authentic and that he has the ability to clearly articulate his positions. When Liberty University Chancellor Jerry Falwell Jr. introduced Republican presidential candidate Gov. Mike Huckabee at Wednesday’s convocation, he said Huckabee told university leaders during a visit here last year that “if this candidacy really took off it would have to be a God thing.”

The board voted last night to accept the December 31st resignation of Dr. Abbe Boring and named Dr. John Harper (current Assistant Superintendent) as the interim Superintendent beginning on January 1st, 2008. Read more about this at The Daily Tribune web site:

Last night we voted to purchase land adjacent to Adairsville High School for a replacement Adairsville Middle School.
